Vernon Peterson, Principal of Grants On Fire, has been writing grants professionally for over twelve years.  Directly responsible for the acquisition of millions of funding dollars for non-profit health and human service agencies, he is uniquely experienced in the development of federal, state, local, and foundation grant applications. In addition, he holds a masters degree from Columbia University.

Drawing from his experience as a Lieutenant in the fire service, Vernon has demonstrated repeated success in securing hundreds of thousands of dollars in funding to assist agencies in obtaining crucially needed protective gear and equipment for their members.

While Grants On Fire is committed to assisting emergency service providers in securing funding that is necessary for them to address their mission, Grants On Fire will never accept an application assignment that they do not believe is appropriate or fundable.  In addition, Grants On Fire LLC strictly abides by the Code of Ethical Practices for grantsmanship as set forth by the American Association of Grant Professionals.  No assignment will ever be accepted on a contingency basis.
